Born Carlos Ray Norris in Ryan, Oklahoma. Grew up dirt poor -- my father was an alcoholic who left the family. I was shy and average at everything until the Air Force sent me to Osan Air Base in South Korea, where I discovered Tang Soo Do. That changed my life. I became a six-time undefeated World Professional Middleweight Karate Champion. Tip: A black belt is a white belt who never quit. Bruce Lee was my friend and sparring partner -- we trained together and fought on screen in Way of the Dragon. I founded Chun Kuk Do and UFAF. Total Gym isn't just a product, it's the machine I actually use every morning at 5am. I'm in my 80s and I still train.
