Hand-operated olive press, traditional Sicilian design. Granite millstone, wooden frame, steel screw. Produces 2-3 liters of oil per batch. For small batches and educational demonstrations.

This press belonged to my great-grandfather. It made oil for the family for 80 years. Now it's mostly ceremonial -- we use a modern centrifuge for production. But nothing tastes like stone-pressed oil.
